Exclusive: Jeff Banks on special teams possibilities

On how he feels about the special teams units…

“Yeah, with special teams, it’s one of those things where the second year, you always feel like you have a better carryover as a coach. These guys have had three special teams coordinators in the last three seasons, so because of that I think they’ve been taught a bunch of different techniques, which is a positive, but the negative part of that can be that there’s not much carryover. We had a lot of freshmen play last season.
