Recruiting action continues even with Texas A&M on a bye week
Texas A&M's second bye week meant there was no on-field action for the Maroon & White, but the Aggies were still plenty busy on the recruiting front. Over the weekend, A&M welcomed a 2027 addition and saw a 2026 pledge decommit.

Jordan Carter decommitment
Douglas County (GA) 2026 DL Jordan Carter decommitted today and I just talked to a few sources close to the situation.Apparently this one has been brewing for the last couple of weeks. There has been communication with the staff, and Texas A&M coaches were actually recently through there. What we have gathered is he is under new management and this had more to do with NIL stuff than anything.Right now I am hearing Tennessee, Georgia Tech, and Auburn are the main players in his recruitment. I'm not counting out the Aggies but currently the odds are against him returning to the class. With him and Aaron Gregory being so closely tied together, I know there is naturally a little worry about how this news might impact Aaron. To put it bluntly I have been told it doesn't and there is nothing to worry about with Aaron.
