Saying what a disappointment from an offensive statement would be an understatement! There is no explanation for the lack of production offensively.

USC didn't even pitch that well. They just decided to throw strikes but nothing dominant. We just suck and took our only big inning opportunity away from us from horrible coaching

Offense has been as cold toward the end of the year, makes the body of work very mid when you look at it, but whatever, I guess getting to regional was the consolation this year

Asking your CLOSER to carry you for 7 innings is crazy in itself. Earley sees himself as a hitting guru, and so things will remain.

Good pitching beats good hitting.

That's when it was over for me

If Duer hadn't fallen down, there would not have been a double play following, and we would have had a runner in scoring position. Earley and company did not have a calming effect on the team.

Entire game went to USC it seemed for every close call or situation. Aggies simply fell flat on their faces except for the few mentioned.

As a youth select coach, this was pretty much an entire team losing effort from coaching to the players. We see it all the time at our 13U tournaments. Sucks seeing it happen during Aggie baseball games.

I think Earley seriously needs to reconsider how he wants to build the Year 3 team. Cause building a purely slugging team ain't working out well for him. Our hitting did improve drastically this year though. Credit given.

But situational hitter when it mattered most was no where to be found unlike our 2022 team.
