I think we will win tonight.

This team has responded all year and the at bats/contact yesterday weren't bad (minus a couple of guys at the bottom of the lineup)

I do think if you're Earley this has got to be the game where you aren't afraid to pinch hit somebody if they are 0fer. We'll need probably 8+ runs tonight and you can't afford guys like TK or Kellner going hitless again in front of Gavin/Caden/Chris

Love the attitude and hope all the players feel it as well. Yes, need a pitcher (or several) with backbone and even a little bit of a mean streak. Still baffled by certain hitters approach that instead of protecting the plate with 2 strikes, they're still actually looking for "their pitch." We're seeing too many walks back to the dugout after watching called strike 3.

Doesnt matter. Good to see he cares but it doesn't matter. Players play, and this team Achilles heel has been its pitching staff. More often than not, the offense can bail the pitching staff out but the reverse isn't true. So both teams will be throwing Johnny Staff tonight. Maybe we scratch out 9-10 runs and Corn can go 3 innings to put them to bed....who knows

The problem is USC has the better pitching and they have all hands on deck including Mason Edwards for a few innings. Scoring 9+ will be difficult to do and having to rely on our pitching is impossible. Long way to climb tonight

Sorry but those coaches has seen a lot of baseball and they knew we were in trouble. Going up against one of the best pitching staff in the country (era) and we don't have a legitimate Fri or Sat starter.
