Howdy, have struggled for awhile to write this, but finally gave in. Having watched the other teams before the games and in the dugouts and they were infused with optimism, fun, and looked like the really enjoyed being there and the chance to play baseball. They have had sour worms, face slaps and generally looked like they were having fun. Under Satan the Aggies had hotel baggage carts and dugout highjinks. This year we seem without joy or enthusiasm, to wit, the game against Auburn.

What is up this year? Where did the fun go? Is it the coaches, is it the pitching, when you know you are going to be playing from behind?

I miss it for the boys!

First, I agree with you, our team could use more fun.

But here's the answer: it's winning. Winning is fun. It's hard to manufacture good times in the dugout when you're not winning.

I'm not sure what fun you're missing. They show quite often them cutting it up in the dugout when they're playing well. I'm sure they don't feel like doing as much when not.
I don’t get enough credit for the things I manage not to say.
