You have to coordinate with someone local and let the Club organizers know your designate I would guess. I was considering the same thought and inviting a friend who worked at the campus PBS station and also supported broadcasts from Olsen for a number of years. But doing it now is probably not a starter with my wife…

Per TMF, it is tax deductible. Last year, $750 of $1,000 was tax deductible (TMF said FMV of items provided, presumably including the meals, was $250.)

I don't think so but I don't know. I just know I was told no when I asked last year.
