From last night's radio show, these are some things we've talked about wanting to know on here:

- Scouting is led by Dave Good - been with Bucky since high school. Because of the style they play, their scouting is different because they worry about different things than other teams might worry about. Coaches gather information on scouting and Dave decides "what's relevant"

- Mitch Cole and Good do more offensive coaching and offensive rebounding

- Kyle Keller, Frank Haith, TJ Cleveland are more defensive and defensive rebounding

- Bucky floats but has been more on the defensive side this season because he thought that's where we needed help

We haven't talked about TJ Cleveland much but he's interesting. People compare this team to "40 minutes of hell" and Cleveland is a third generation of that system. He played and coached under Mike Anderson who runs a similar style and of course played for the man himself Nolan Richardson at Tulsa and then coached with him at Tulsa and Arkansas. Kind of an interesting connection there.

Not gonna lie, I initiated that because someone on here asked it and it got me wanting to know.

So I emailed Andrew Monaco and he emailed me back right away (on a Sunday night, to boot). He said, "sure, just write your question down on a piece of paper and bring it up during a break and ill ask it. "

I wrote my question on my receipt.

So, if yall have questions, ill ask them next radio show.

Andrew is awesome!

Man that brings back memories. In my day the show was at Wings and More and we'd go basically every week, and our group had a tradition that if was your first time, you had to ask a question but we got to write it for you.

We'd always write down some asinine basic basketball question and BCG would usually roast whoever asked it.

Between that and those giant margaritas that was a great time.

I went to that a few times. Asked him a question about running a zone and he roasted me. I figured i would get some basketball wisdom, but he basically said zones are for wussies. Cracked me up.

One of his most legendary answers was either there or at a press conference when someone asked if a triangle and two was like a box and one and he asked "well is a square like a triangle?" or something along those lines

So this tells us a little about 5 of the coaches. What about the other 12?

I think it is amazing how big some of these basketball staffs are. It is not just us, I see other schools benches loaded with more coaches than players.

I remember that one very well.

He said, "Is a circle a square?"

Yeah I counted 18 non basketball players with Florida on Saturday night. I'm sure there were a couple more that weren't in the bench area.

as a little boy who grew up in tulsa during the nolan era it was awesome. my parents had season tickets and they played in the old tulsa convention center. buckys style reminds me a lot of nolan's teams back in the tulsa days. as well as his time at arky.

win or lose it's a wild ride
