I am looking for a 72" fan for our living/dining room. I have an old Hampton Bay I believe that gave me about 12 years I need to replace. The ceiling height is about 12', and I'm trying to prioritize air movement and it needs to have a down light.

It's for my rental home so I don't want to buy a bigassfans, however I don't want to put a low quality fan in that my tenants don't get enough air movement.

Searching the box stores feels like TEMU with all of these one off brands.

Does anyone have a fan they really like that might meet the above criteria?? Budget up to $600 or so.

Check out Minka Aire's offerings. They have several larger fans in a lot of styles. Budget may be tough for that size fan, but you may be able to find a few things.

We have a Minka Aire in our house. Paid around $6-700 last year for it, but it does not have a light. We've been happy with it. Usually have it on one of the lower settings, and it's probably 12' off the floor.

Why not another Hampton bay? Been happy with all of ours

I have 3 Fanimation 72" in my living room. They are now over 10 years old and I had one drop a receiver. I called them up, an American answered, they sent me a new receiver free of charge under 'warranty'...twice. They then told me that if the second receiver dies within a year, then it's a motor issue and theyll just ship me a new fan. I can't really complain about that.

We have a minka and it's been awesome. Tall ceilings but I hate having giant drop downs . Went with an 18inch drop down and rarely need to go above setting 2 . Moves a ton of air . Wife and kids get cold if I put it on 3 or higher .

I have several of the Home Decorators Collection 6 blade 60" Kensgrove fans and they are super quiet and move a ton of air. They also make 68" and 70" models and I would expect they would meet your needs as well.
