We have some water seeping through some cracks on the sidewall of our sunken living room (on the outside corner of our house). Has anyone had J Drain installed as the waterproofing membrane to waterproof a foundation?

Had leaks in basement wall after a small earthquake that created small fractures. Enough to let water seep into the room.

I don't recall the exact product but I'm pretty certain it was the same as the link below as our solution had the same number of steps. It's been 15 years with no problems.

Concrete Crack Repair

Basically the steps are:
1) Clean
2) Epoxy ports along the crack(s)
3) Seal surface crack.
4) Working from top port inject sealant
5) Let dry and remove ports.

It took several days. It worked so well we can't find the cracks. We had several repair quotes but ended up DIY.

Good luck!
