Anyone use any flooring contractors in the last 6-12 months around this area? Looking to replace ~900-1000 sq feet of carpet in my townhome. Hoping to get 3-4 quotes within the next 3 months.

I haven't personally used them, but I have heard good things about Ideal Carpet and Flooring on 90A in Richmond. You could use them for a quote and ask for references if it is competitive.

Yes - Roscoe @ Floors N More did a great job. They were professional and clean and gave a good timeline on completion. Couldn't be happier with the vinyl plank they installed in my townhome. I priced 3 other options in the Rosenberg area and they were much lower than everyone else.

He runs a smaller outfit - so his financing options are limited.
