Took a plunge and signed up for this year's season. I like the concept and appears they tailor to your area's soil. Not a huge fan that it needs an application about every 6 weeks but apparently liquid soaks in a lot quicker.

I've been looking into some of these companies. If don't mind asking what's ball park pricing?

I did the total care package without pesticide. So it includes a green up formula, herbicide, and a patch/seeding mix to fill in some dead spots. There's also a soil test kit to send back to them.

Then it includes treatments into the fall. I want to say 4-5 applications. Estimated 9,500 sqft lawn. ~$375/year.

Doing the math, with the increase in cost of granular fertilizers, it's not THAT much more than an annual neil sperry plan.

Medina Hasta grow lawn - its a liquid fertilizer.

Use the above and Medina Plus, alternating between the two every month and you are good. Switch to just Medina Plus in the winter.

We used it with good results on St Augustine the Houston area. I've been fairly pleased with everything we've used including the weed/pest control.
