Looking at moving in an adjacent neighborhood within the next year or so. Is anyone here a member there? Trying to get an idea about waitlists, current approximate initiation fees, and any other feedback.

To each his or her own, but all the people who I know that have been members, have left. After the new wears off, you'll get tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen and the resort guests treated like Kings. The golf course is great, but the staff barely, if ever, knows your name, it's just not the CC feel a lot of people think it will be when they join.

For me, a club membership is all about convenience...I want to be on the range with ease in under 10 min from the house, etc. I always wondered what it would be like there at TPC. Seems like everything is kind of spaced out, far from the parking lot etc. Great practice facility though - probably the best in the area outside of Briggs.

Not defending the staff or the course but reality is it's a high volume golf resort so I wouldn't expect it to be anywhere near a country club feel.

If what your saying is true then I'm actually shocked that a lot of people expected it to be a CC feel, for starters it's not even a country club ?

Member parking lot has golf carts staged and waiting, you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. Then it's a two minute cart ride to the practice facility.

This part of the equation is not the problem.

Nice, sounds like an awesome setup. I would definitely consider if I lived in that area. Can't beat the courses, all grass range, variety of short game practice options, etc.
