24 shot lead. That is dam impressive.

Aggies increase team lead to 24 with a -2 today to go with their -7 yesterday. Sophomore Vanessa takes over sole possession of the individual lead at -5, Junior Cayetana at T2 with a -4 and Freshman Natalie at T7 with an even par.

MS State's Avery Weed took over the lead for awhile but had bogies on 16 and 17 to drop to T2 with Cayetana.

Freshman Brynn was tied for the lead yesterday (-3) with Cayetana but had a bit of a rough round and finished at +7 on the day but is still at T17. Junior Sky had an up and down day but finished at +1 to go with her even par yesterday. She has had some good rounds and rough rounds as an Aggie so good to see her get a nice score !! Cayetana had an eagle on the par 4 13th to go with Vanessa's eagle on the par 5 18th yesterday (the only eagle on the course yesterday!). Freshman Natalie had the steadiest round with one bogey and one birdie, carding a par for every other hole.

Aggies win team and individual titles at the Carmel Cup, played at Pebble Beach, an outstanding performance by our Aggies - WHOOP !!!

Aggies won the team title by 26 strokes, finishing at -13, and were the only team with a sub-par score. Closest competitors were Vandy at +13, Okie State at +16 and Arkansas at +19.

Junior Cayetana won the individual title with a -8 total whilst Sophomore Vanessa and MS State's Avery Weed tied for 2nd at -7. Awesome performances !!!

Cayetana had only 1 bogey along with 5 birdies to finish the final round at -4 whilst Vanessa had 0 bogies and 2 birdies to finish the round at -2.

Texas A&M's largest margin of victory during the Chadwell era was a 38-shot triumph at the 2025 "Mo" Morial Invitational.

This year marks the fourth year in a row that the Maroon & White have played in the Carmel Cup, placing fourth in last year's event and a runner-up finish in 2022. So, 4th time the charm !!

Brynn had a rough 2nd round, with a +7, but had a -3 and a -1 the other rounds - pretty darn good for a Freshman !!

Scarlett had a +4, +2 and an even par on the last day, steady improvement for another Freshman - way to go, Scarlett !!

All three Freshman showed a lot of heart and I look forward to their future success in Aggieland !!
