Does anyone have a good and cost efficient Houston area traffic signal/electrical contractor company recommendation or an individual contact for installing a Flashing yellow sign on FM 1960 in the Humble Area for a development a private industrial development? I understand this is a specialty contractor niche. We already have a traffic engineer designing the plans per TXDOT's specifications.
