Does anyone know if there's a way to approximate the current cost to replace a roof with a 30yr asphalt shingle? I can get the area via Google maps but have no idea what to multiply it by.

I'm using this as a data point to help inform my decision about whether I should take the premium savings to go from a 1% to 2% wind/hail deductible.

Pretty much any roofer, including Jason here, should be able to take their satellite images/slope and get you an estimate without having to come out.

Thanks. I was hoping to get a range without wasting someone's time, haha.

There are some online calculators but I have no idea how accurate they are.
