Looking for recommendations on 1 day tours to Normandy in early September.
We'll be based in Paris but only have one day to see the high points.

We used Dale Booth. Probably the best tour I've ever experienced. I would suggest staying in Bayeux the night before and seeing the town (and tapestry). Then be up early to start the tour.
