I'd go to the other coast. The sargassum has been Awful this season and it's only getting worse! You can't even Enjoy most of the beaches outside of Holbox and Isla.

Not what you're probs wanting. It's been this way for all May. West side of Cozumel, Isla or Holbox or Bacalar. The next 2 weeks it's even supposed to be up around Isla. It's the WORST sargassum season I can remember.
