Wife and I thinking of taking our 3 kids (13 and 11 twins) to an all inclusive. We love the beach and have been to Destin several times. Thinking we want something a little nicer and the kids would love the 24/7 food ..especially desert!

Don't think a cruise would be fun with 5 people in a tiny cabin.

Any ideas?

There are extremely limited all-inclusive in the US.

While you don't want Mexico, that's where most variety of all-inclusives are. Some alternatives: Punta Cana, Jamaica, Bahamas and through out the Caribbean.

For cruise, there are many types of staterooms, but you will have to pay more for a bigger room for 5 people. You are really only there to sleep, so it's not a huge deal.

Isn't there a Sandals or a Beaches in Grenada? Grenada is beautiful, and safe.

I'm sure one of the agents on here can help you find something really cool. Turks and Caicos maybe?

The Dominican Republic has a lot of nice AI resorts at very affordable prices.

All inclusive properties are one of my specialties as a travel advisor in Mexico and the Caribbean.
Having toured 30+ properties in 2024 I have a lot of good recommendations , but all properties and destinations are not the same or not be what you might be looking for. My contact info is in my bio if you are looking for a travel advisor. Here are a couple of pics of some of the family resorts I plan for with my clients.

Beaches Resorts are the ideal all-inclusive family friendly resorts - they really are wonderful but can get pricey.
There is one in Turks and Caicos and two in Jamaica. Beaches Turks and Caicos is the most popular family friendly all-inclusive that we book in my agency.

Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba and Curacao will have some other options that could work for what you are wanting. It will all just depend on your budget, flights, room category preference, etc...

Feel free to reach out with any questions! I'd be happy to help you out.

We were on the adult Zilara side but went over to Ziva for a few meals and they both share a great beach.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon on Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. The Beaches is there. We did not stay at the Beaches, but instead did a VRBO at Villa Renaissance. However, some friends of mine stayed at the Beaches that same year, and they loved it.

You will not find a longer stretch of immaculate white sand than Grace Bay on Providenciales.

We have stayed at Beaches in T&C and Jamaica. My family actually prefers Jamaica. The beach and water in T&C was beautiful but we found the people much friendlier and more helpful in Jamaica.
