Could not recommend Scot and Rina enough. Very personable and they will fully customize your experience to your interests/needs. We used them for a full 2 week trip all around the country, but they also do shorter trips and day trips as well.

Not Tuscany but Umbria is the next state over. If you get over that way highly HIGLY recommend this tour:

The area she does tours in is around an hour from Montepulciano. If you end up going that way it is a lot less touristy for basically the same landscape and really good wine.
