We are looking for a great vacation rental for about 40 people on water / river / with pool and a big lodge /house/ kitchen for a week in the summer. Suggestions?

we stayed here last summer.. great little resort with a large variety of lodging options.. including this 11 bedroom which is a lock off 5 bedroom and 6 bedroom combined.

On table rock lake. There are other resorts similar to this. They book up about a year out.

Not private, but it had a very small feel with plenty of room at the large two level pool and tons of other things to do.
