Gonna be up that way, and have 4 and a half days to poke around.

Myself, my wife, and our 19 yr old son.

We were just there last week.

We did Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. We took the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak.

We didn't get to go to Seven Falls, but that looked like a good attraction.

If any interest in WWII aviation, Museum of World War II Aviation is a great museum with several airworthy warbirds. It also has a full restoration center where they restore aircraft to airworthiness.

We didn't go to the Air Force Academy or Royal Gorge on this trip (but I did both on my first trip there in the early 80s). RG is fantastic. I believe there is a train ride at the bottom of the gorge these days.

Gonna be a delay on our trip. The Grim Reaper reached out and touched me again (third time) on Saturday evening. He didn't get me, though. Got stents 6&7 and some bonus time above ground. Prolly make the trip in another month.

Lots of good suggestions on the linked thread. On another note, went up the incline yesterday for the first time in ~ a decade, think I'm good for at least another year. Feels like it got longer and steeper over the past 10 years.
