Headed there on a cruise this fall. Stuarts Cove is a company that you can book direct through Carvinal but its a pretty mixed bag of reviews with several negative ones. What's weird is they offer 2 different dives both look the same but its about a $15 difference and one has better reviews? So weird.

Anyway, based on google search looks like the options are limited on who to go with. Anyone on here have experience with any companies down there for scuba diving? Any insight is appreciated !

I've dived with Stuart's Cove and Bahama Divers in Nassau (also 2 liveaboards ... Aqua Cat and Blackbeard). Quick Google search shows Bahama Divers is permanently closed. I'd recommend going with whoever you can book through your cruise for the most basic reason being...if something happens on your excursion, the boat will wait for you. If you go off on your own and something happens, like your dive boat breaking down, the ship will leave without you. Stuart's is a big operation and they have lots of resources. They'll take good care of you. Happy diving.

Stuart's Cove has a really good reputation. Stick with them.

We've been with Stuart's before but it's been many years. We did the little mini sub and snorkel. It was a blast and quicker than learning to scuba.

I don't know of any other dive outfitters other than Stuart's Cove. They do a lot of shark dives. Therefore even if you are not doing a shark dive, the sharks will still be there. When they hear the boat come in, they start to circle around the bottom.
