no idea. but, i can't read Da Nang and not think of Good Morning, Vietnam.

Da Nang me, Da Nang me, Why don't they get a rope and hang me?

We're still planning that. We intend to be there for two weeks.

I stayed in Da Nang after a few days in Hoi An and ended up enjoying Da Nang much more. This was several years ago. At that time there were very few tourists in Da Nang. I had a great time just hanging out. Several people came up to me and asked to practice English.

Hoi An was beautiful, of course, but was full of Chinese tour groups when I was there. This was precovid.

Agreed with above. I stayed at Furama Resort Danang a few nights as a treat on my trip(little pricier than most hotels there) and also spent 3 nights last July at Nesta Hotel - Nng. Both were great. As far as food, I rely on Google Reviews for accuracy for established restaurants. If it has less then 4 stars, move on. There is no shortage of food.
