Problems with BA erasing traveller's information?

I'm currently in London.
Over the last week leading up to our trip I've input various addresses etc over 10 times (including our US address for the "trip" to America).
I just happened to look today and yet again I'm having to add this along with other information that I've input more than 10 times into their system.

Has anyone else ever had this problem with BA?

We also had BA somehow between the night of checking in for the flight here having our "pre check" on the boarding pass (I took a screen shot) and day of after checking bags that be missing.

So far my impression if BA is they are even more incompetent than the legacy US airlines.

Only good thing was the turkey dinner served on the flight here was pretty tasty.

Their App and website are hot garbage. Function like something from the early 00's.

Guess that's better than SWA whose booking system apparently functions like something from the 70's!

Generally though… it's a national pastime amongst Brits to moan about BA.

Website is garbage. I fly Zurich to LHR to DFW often via BA. I never input any info anymore pre trip… just check in at the counter and all is good.

Some good points here. Americans are spoiled by domestic airlines. It doesn't take long to realize foreign carriers suck when it comes to customer experience with ticketing/reservations.
