So FYI if you are flying out for holidays, make parking reservations ahead of time. I usually park at the hotels in Houston so haven't had to deal with parking lots in a long time.

Every single lot was full except The Parking Spot.

The daily rate right now is $53.25 there. I wish I had taken a photo. Other places had signs with "13.30 holiday rate". Which is cool. I get some markup. $53 is just stupid.

So learn from the travel agent - reserve parking ahead of time for holidays.

Luckily my hotel is letting me park for $12/day.

Second this on getting a reservation at ABIA. I use the Park and Zoom regularly and have been caught a couple of times with a full lot before even when a big event like F1 or ACL wasn't going on. It's like two bucks or something on their app to reserve a spot.
