That's plenty of time. You'll get a million different suggestions as to where to go so you may want to dive into some of the wines you currently like or don't like. What kind of experiences do you want? Do you want just a tasting? Tour? Cave experiences?

Just got back from Napa in October. We had three days for tastings.

We did one winery the first day (plus French Laundry); three the second; and one the third, with a tasting stop at the end of the day at RH Vault in Yountville.

Since we had a group, everyone got to pick one winery so we did Inglenook, Caymus, Frog's Leap, Stag's Leap Cellars and Silverado. All were enjoyable.

That second day was a little tiring but definitely doable.

Make sure you have reservations. Some of these wineries expect you to pay in advance, too.

We like Titus and Far Niente for Napa

I tend to prefer Alexander Valley and Russian River areas. It's further north than the towns of Sonoma and Napa but a very nice drive through the valleys. I'm a member of Merriam Vineyards near Healdsburg. (Which is a great little town, very walkable, lots of tasting rooms)

One of my fave restaurants is Catelli's in Geyserville.
