I forgot to start the monthly thread!

What did you book this month, or where are you traveling to?

My daughter and I are flying out to LAX on Christmas Day. 2 days at Disney, 1 day at Universal. My brother lives 2 miles from Universal so will spend most of the time at his place, but will spend 2 nights down by Disney so we aren't making the back and forth drive.

Pretty excited but NOT excited about all the lines lol.

Port Aransas for a few days between Christmas and New Years. Vrbo with a heated pool.

Headed to NO at the end of the week. Staying at the Roosevelt, will visit the WWIi museum and attend their Louisiana Christmas Day music show, and have a reveillon dinner booked at Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse. Hope to see Christmas in the Oaks, too.

Went to The Netherlands and Belgium at the start of the month.

Travelling to HOU for the holidays.

Booked 3 weeks in Samui/Tao for May and starting to plan for a trip to Palawan later in the year.

Heading out to NoVa the day after Christmas and coming home NYE. Going to visit my brother and his family in Leesburg and to meet my newest niece for the first time and to hang out again with my nephew.

I used to live 3 miles from Universal by car, 2 miles as the crow flies.
We went to both Disneyland and Universal Studios back in July before we moved to Texas.
Our observations were that Disney was very Pride oriented and loads of adults dressed in costumes while Universal was more traditional folks, especially Latin and Asian.

I wouldn't waste your time lining up for Super Mario Brothers World but I do recommend:

• Studio Tour (which I hadn't done since 1983 when I saw Sherman Hemsley)
• Jurassic Park ride

Next weekend - Waco
Christmas through New Years - Big Bend N.P.

NYC for a day
Philly for a day
Currently in Orlando visiting Epcot/MK today and Hollywood Studios tomorrow
Back to NYC for a night after Christmas

Heading to Iceland via NYC 12/26 - 1/4.

I live in Arizona so this wasn't my trip but kids came out from Texas and made a Sedona run.

Just got to NYC!!! My girls first trip to the city. Going to see Aladdin, Christmas Spectacular, ice skate in Central Park and all of the Christmas things. Of course going to eat all the wonderful food

Yep, keeping up with it but not expecting it to impact the trip other than closing the Blue Lagoon. Hoping the volcano might be accessible to the public by the time we're there but as of now it's not a "tourist volcano" so don't have high hopes of seeing it.

Austria from 12/21 - 12/29. Starting in Vienna, ending in Salzburg.

So Jealous. My wife and I enjoy going to Europe for Christmas and NY. New job so it is domestic this year. Prague is the best NYE ever.

Paris, prague, budapest, Vienna. Plus a free stop in Iceland on the way back due to a medical emergency on our flight

Royal Caribbean Cruise next week with family and friends and we're excited! My boys first time on a cruise so we will see how it goes.

I've booked a few honeymoons and couples getaways this week to Mexico - mainly Riviera Maya and Cancun.

Booked an awesome beach front house for some clients in St. Thomas and now looking into this for myself.

Lots of Europe- mainly London/Germany requests coming in and booking for summer.

For the Vienna bound, I can't recommend Pramerl and the Wolf enough, if you enjoy a prix fixe experience. It is approachable, fun, and delicious.

Got back from Big Bend yesterday. Leaving for Wisconsin on Tuesday.

got back from vegas last week...always a good time!

headed to tampa (and maybe orlando) over xmas and then back to houston to visit fam over new year's.

and then headed to orange county and palm springs for a week in january.

Park City! Leaving NYE for 6 nights. Cannot wait!

Tulum until we get more snow.

I'm heading to Salt Lake City on NYE, planning to ski Park City the 1st-3rd if they get some snow. If no snow at PCMR/Canyons I may be going to Alta or Solitude, playing that by ear this coming week. First time to Utah and first ski trip in too long so pretty excited regardless of conditions and where I end up skiing

Super Mario World currently. It's pretty neat.

Just booked the big island in Hawaii for a week in February!

Palm Springs. We had a great time this week

Booked my first trip as a single dad, taking my 2 young kids to Beaches Negril in October. The oldest is excited for the "clear water beach" since he got hit with a jellyfish in Galveston this summer lol..

Make sure to snorkel there and sign up at the dive shop. All is included and the staff is fantastic with kids. This is where my girls learned. A fun family resort.
