Anyone with experience here? We'll be there in June for over a week. 4 of us, both kids are teens (13/15) so I like the idea of a 2bed/2bath apartment vs getting two hotel rooms. I guess my main concern is AC. Seems like a lot of hotels have it but none of the apartments seem to.

Neither is cheap and I'd like to be comfortable.

How big a risk is it going with no AC?

June is a little questionable for no A/C. If 2nd half of June then could certainly get a warm period where their window fans won't cut it and you will wish you had A/C. And even when the VRBO says they have A/C, most likely they really mean a swamp cooler window fan. Only for sure A/C is with a 3* or higher hotel that lists A/C on its room description.
