Two big boys are Pieces and Redrum. Both appear to run good outfits.

If you want smaller operations, Dr. Pescado will put you on the roosters. If you want fly fishing, Captain Juan LaMosca is the OG of Cabo fly fishing and is awesome.

San Jose Del Cabo. I've used these guys twice with my buddy who has a place down there. He uses them 10-12 times per year. They are outstanding!
