John's on Bleeker is best I've ever had.
Angelos on 57th is pretty great w good pasta as well.
Lombardis in Little Italy
Juliana's in Brooklyn right across the bridge.

Just went to Scarr's Pizza on the lower east side, and it was excellent. They mill their own flour in the basement, which i thought was pretty cool.

They called it "square". Not sure if it's "grandma" or "Sicilian" but it was delicious!

Have to agree with John's on Bleeker. Some of the greatest pie I have ever had.

Angelo's on 57th was best we had lst summer and we tried all the top ones on the one bite app. And I second the pasta rec for there. The vodka pasta we had was amazing. Also a lot less crowded compared to a lot of the pizza only places in nyc.

Yes! Daughter has made 2 trips to NY in last 6 months and went back for the Penne Vodka - fantastic!

Joe's on Carmine is the best slice IMO.
John's on Bleecker is good for a coal fired whole pie.

Not pizza but Frank is great for Italian. (cash only)

My daughter and I just got back and we thought Joe's on Broadway was the best! We also liked Juliana's in Brooklyn.
