Any suggestions outside of the lot across the street? I've read that fills up fast. Not sure we'll be able to get an uber home.

Any of those bars/restaurants or things within walking distance (10 mins) have parking also?

yeah, called them but we're staying a lot closer than Gruene. About 5 miles away from the amphitheatre on River Road.

Check River Rose Tavern - I believe they have paid parking. Food is good there too
