What can you all tell me about Atlantis?
My boys, (16 & 18) and I are going to Atlantis the first week in August.

Where in Atlantis are you staying? It's an absolute blast!

It will be a blast, but get ready for how expensive it will be. It's insanely expensive (easier if you happened to get some resort credit $$) but your kids might enjoy the trainer for a day program.

Also here's a pro tip with respect to the water park. Cruise ship passengers can buy day passes to the water park. There are days that they could be as many as 6 ships in port, which will make the lines for some of the rides LONG. Go to this link Nassau Cruise Ship Schedule and look up your dates. If you have the flexibility, do the water park on the days with the fewer number of cruise ships in port that day.

There is a little grocery store across the road from the marina if you need to pick anything up

I'll add a couple offsite dining experiences. If you want a nice offsite restaurant that you can take a free Atlantis shuttle to, consider going to Dune at the One and Only Club. Nice ocean view and you might recognize the circle drive from the Bond Casino Royale movie. If you want local, go to the "Fish Fry" area and pick a place to eat. If you like wine and very old school sophisticated vibe (for the Caribbean), go to the Graycliff Restaurant, eat and take wine cellar tour. Warning... it's not cheap to eat at Graycliff or Dune.
