Im taking a taxi from Cancun to the hotel, does anyone have recommendations? Im looking for where is the best place to go or places not to go in the airport. Would Uber be a better option?

Or, is it just like catching a cab anywhere else and it's a crapshoot?

I would prearrange a ride. Google it, there are many options.
Or, check your hotel, as many of them have free rides if you have 3 or 4 nights or more.

Do not Uber, Lyft, or take a Cab. USA Transfers, Kalido...they are both reputable, safe, and not expensive.

My order of preference:
Kalido (sells out often), USA Transfers, Happy Shuttle. Also had good success with Amstar.
