Sup y'all- any recs for a Charleston-y hotel for a random Tuesday in July with Mrs Rononeill? We'll be "working from home" but at the hotel - so a breakfast spread for grazing and a porch for zooming would be ideal. Ideas?

Restoration, Vendue, Dewberry. Not as new as Hotel Bennett but usually a little less pricey though any of the nicer hotels are absurdly expensive in Charleston lately.

Each of those three have rooftop bars with food service. Citrus Club at Dewberry was really solid.

Highly recommend the Loutrel. Centrally located, serves breakfast and has a lobby bar, has a spacious rooftop that's exclusive to hotel guests, and has a little business center on the second floor.

No private porch but "the pinch" has awesome 1br suites laid out like an apartment.

Pricey but super nice and in a good location to walk to various places.
Staff - take out the trash.

Only stayed at Mills House, can't remember if there was a brunch or anything, but really nice and a great location.

We went last spring and stayed at the Dewberry. If we go again we will stay at Hotel Bennett. It might fit your need too as there is a French bakery in the hotel and they have great pastries and coffee. Cool place.

I highly recommend Planters Inn. I've stayed several times and love it.
