I know there are a few folks on here who have rental properties around 30A. My wife, her cousin, and our 3 kids are going to Florida for a month in late June-late July, I'm going to go out when work allows. They are driving from Dallas, and on the way to Orlando, they want to stop at the beach for a few days.

We go to 30A every year. We ALWAYS stay for at least a week if not two. Airbnb prices for a 3 night stay are crazy.

I've got about a $1200 budget for them to stay for 3 nights, I know mid week is more difficult to rent than most, they will arrive June 21, departing June 24. Anyone on here have anything that would fit the bill? Would rather work with an Aggie than go to gen pop on the web.

ETA: they don't need anything big. A couple bedrooms, the kids can couch crash.

For 3 days you might want to consider The Hilton in Sandestin. Less hassle same great beach

Fair point, but 3 kids in a hotel room is…the worst. Plus, my wife likes to cook, so a place with a kitchen is preferable.

It's not 30A, but look in Navarre Beach. Much quieter and less crowded than anything around Sandestin.
