We will be in Paris for the marathon and are then looking at spending another 7-10 days overseas. Probably going to do Paris and Normandy over 5-6 days and then are looking for another country to go to. Wife wants Switzerland, but I'm not sure winter will have really thawed in the areas we'd like to go.

Any recommendations for that time of year over there? I will say we just got back from Greece so probably not there

We are here in Switzerland right now and it's absolutely incredible. I just asked our driver about April and he said cold and rainy. He says he wears a jacket daily until May. He did say he drives people to spots year round though.

If you end up needed Switzerland recommendations though, let me know. This place is awesome.

I'd do Rome and/or Florence.

Another option might be Spain.

We still haven't gone there. We had a 2.5 week trip planned there for late May 2020 which we were forced to cancel because of the whole dumb pandemic thing.
