Planning an anniversary trip and have finally secured child care so my hub and I will get a kid free week away. Planning to fly into Narita but have no set plans so looking for recommendations. I've only transferred through Japan on my way to Korea and SEA so very excited to be a tourist.

Thx- looks like that is no longer a requirement as of late April. But we both have all the shots bc of work and offshore travel.

There is a podcast I listened to recently that was great. It is "all the hacks" episode 102. It is the guy who wrote the lonely planet guidebooks for Japan. He is entertaining to listen to
