Howdy, I am heading to Jaco later this month for a week and I am looking to book a boat & guide for two days of offshore bill fishing. Also, restaurant recommendations are appreciated.

Michael Alligood with Reel Intense Adventures, caught sailfish, marlin, tuna, durados. They're out of Los Suenos Marina.

Ohana Sushi is one of the best places we went. We took some of the tuna we caught and they made some great dishes for us. Lemon Zest is okay, you can also take your own fish there. Several good taco bars, but don't remember the names.
