After our son graduates we are taking a family trio to Cabo (May 14-19). Looking for recommendations in Cabo for charter fishing, places to eat, and restaurants that prepare your catch. Looking for an 8hr charter departing early morning that includes breakfast and lunch along an air conditioned cabin.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

We went offshore with Redrum a few years ago and had a great experience. Thinking about going back mid-May as well. They have a large fleet so you can adjust for # of anglers.

Prepare yourself. Food & drinks at Pueblo run 2-3 times what you're paying in the US. We just got back from Hacienda del Mar, breakfast ran ~$60 for 2, not including drinks. Standard conversion rate of 17 pesos to $1.

I have take my catch to 7 Seas twice and they did awesome both times. They are quite a ways from you. They are almost in San Jose del Cabo. There are several around the marina that will do it. Ask your captain which place they recommend.

For fishing, sounds like you would be happy with one of the big outfits. Pisces or Redrum are big and get good reviews. I have never gone with them. Doctorpescado was great to me in the past and he has access to some big boats, maybe give him a look. Captain Jaime is a great dude. Do a search and all your questions have been answered on here.

Pueblo Bonito is all inclusive if I recall correctly unless
they have a bare bones rate I didn't see? We've been twice and it's easily our favorite Cabo resort for an upper mid level place. Numerous dining options, beautiful property. If you golf (he'll even if you don't) don't skip out without playing Quivira….easily a top 5 Continental US course.

There is the regular and all-inclusive rate. It just depends which one was booked.

The rates at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and Sunset Beach seem surprisingly low for all inclusive (no cancellation) rates. ~$400-500/night. Am I missing something? Wife and I are looking to go for 3 nights over Thanksgiving.

We were browsing around for where to stay and I realized those are teh only ones with access to Quivara. Which seems like it shouldn't be missed...

Flora Farms was the only restaurant I will go back to. It was incredible.

What other restaurants did you go to? We have been traveling to Cabo for over 20 years & we have had some amazing food. Many that we go to every year.

The Office, overrated unless you are 18.

Oh wow. Yes the Office is not a place I would go or recommend. There are so many great places to eat in Cabo.
