Was eyeing this place to stay on a trip to the area. Has anyone stayed here or heard anything about it?

No, but we stayed around the corner at Marival Armony and it was the best vacation we've ever had. We absolutely love that area in PV. You will be close enough to head into the town of Sayulita, which is a cool place with lots of great food.

Have not been there in particular but we just got back from staying at a condo inside the gate of Punta Mita. I would highly encourage this. If you stay at a property in the gates you get access to all 4 beach clubs, restaurants at 4Seasons and St Regis, golf, fishing, etc. The landscaping and maintenance they keep inside Punta Mita is first class and not a shortage of things to do.
