The wife and I are going to Louisville in September for the Bourbon and Beyond Music Fest (awesome experience, btw) and are looking to book a bourbon trail for one of the days. Any recommendations?

I've not done all of them, but I've done several, and Maker's Mark was always my favorite visit. None of them were bad. Maker's Mark is just in such a beautiful, isolated location, and dipping your own bottle is a fun experience.

Old Forester in downtown was great for seeing the entire process, including barrel making.

Big fan of the Buffalo Trace tours. Frankfurt isn't that far away. I'm very seriously looking at that festival too.

We went last year, and it was a blast, but we did spring for the "Beyond VIP" tickets so it was extra special. Only downside was getting out of the festival, which SUCKED. So much so, that we left before the last song to get a jump on things.

I really want to do Old Forrester this year- couldn't do it last year because we waited too long to book. We went to Angel's Envy and the Evan Williams Experience last year, which were really cool.

As to the original question, are there any tour companies y'all recommend? We're not renting a car, and I have no interest driving around after bourbon tasting anyway.

Thanks guys!
