Friend from work is asking...he's in an Air B&B on the south side of town, but is wide open to recommendations. I have a blast when I'm down there, but I don't have a list of options in mind...

ideas?

We've almost moved to PDC and totally would if we could find a 6 month rental easier up here. Some of our favorite activities and places to eat.

I like Lido Beach Club and Hijos de la Tostada beach club. Others like Encanto beach club. One of the most famous beach clubs is called Mamitas.

Do you do scuba diving?

If you do any touristy parks, Xel-ha is my favorite, it's awesome for a day

Breakfast at Quinta de Piedra, Cueva del Chango, Chez Celine, Mercado 30

Lunch/Dinner: Chiltipin, Hijos de la Tostada beach club (tuna burger is so good). Mai Thai for Thai food, Be Rooftop for Sushi. And the beach clubs I mentioned above

Coco Cabanas is way north but a cool little place. Señora Sylvia (owner) and Edgar (bartender) are both solid people. Mungata next door is great for rooftop dining and they have a cool speakeasy, too. The there's also a nice public beach just to the skiers right of Mungata/Coco Cabanas. The easiest beach access is through Mungata (just tell them you're going to eat). Coco's won't let you through because SS gets charged.

2nd Cocos Cabanas. Best I've had down there. Super small quaint place. Lobster pizza is awesome.

For easy but awesome tacos… El Fogon. 2 locations, one very close to the Wal Mart on 30th avenue
