I'm planning on booking a trip to asia on EVA Air through their website. I know that, since they're both star alliance members, you can earn miles on your United MileagePlus membership. I was wondering if anyone knew if the "earning rate" was the same whether you applied it to club membership, or if it's better to just sign up for EVA's and collect it on there.
