Next week, we'll be staying at Las Terrazas (Ambergris Cay). We have plans for most days, except for one where we want to bar/restaurant hop most of the day on our golf carts. Looking for recommendations for bars/restaurants (with beach access would be a plus), that are north of the bridge.

Truck Stop is a pretty fun venue.

Secret Beach has a **** ton of bars (that are all cheesy and pretty much the same). Last time I was there, some local was doing rails on the bar and told me he was mourning the death of his father...from a heart attack. I decided not to point out the irony.

Moon Bar and Matachica are awesome, both north of you.

Rum Dog and 303 Bar is south of you but still north of the bridge. Both fun and over the water. Rum Dog has an area where you can swim and float in tubes.

Pur bar is near Rum Dog. It's off the road and not on the beach, but it's a cool vibe with a pool. Adults only though.

The food at Matachica is quite good. I had no complaints about the drinks as well.

Stayed at Las Terrazas as well ~10 years ago. Palapa Bar was one of our favorites for exactly what you mention (within golf cart range of Las Terrazas). Cool vibe out on the water, could watch bonefish schools swim by and sit in inner tubes that they have tied up to the dock.

Coco's Loco is kinda cool.

The Truck Stop is too.
