Can you get EC amenities any way other than being in one of those rooms?

When I went 4 years ago, I was part of a large group of couples traveling together. Some of the couples didn't get excellence club rooms, but they were able to pay to use the EC facilities onsite. Not sure if that is still allowed, but maybe call and see?

Another option is to see if there are any finest club rooms available. The last time we went we stayed at FC, but could access all EC amenities.
