Okay, we are gonna forget last season even happened



Was a figment of our imagination



It is time to right the ship, for the prodigal son has returned!!



We trimmed a lot of the fat…

I look forward to a substantial year.
What I want to see:

1. Altuve reaches some career milestones.
2. Yordan becomes the run producer we've been waiting to see.
3. Smith, Matthews, and/or Cole show Peña-like promise for the future.
4. Team is good enough to challenge for a title or bad enough for Crane to hit the reset button- nothing in between.

Trying to go 3/3 on life events corresponding with Astros World Series dubs...2017 I got married, Stros won the World Series, 2022 we had our first kid, Stros won the World Series, our third kid was due in 2026 but decided to show up the day after Christmas so I'm hoping since it was post-2025 season, it still counts!!!

We say this every year.. but this HAS to be the year we do a TexAgs Astros thread meetup at a game.

I may take the lead on this one and get a date picked out around June so people have plenty of time to put it on the calendar. Maybe Thursday June 4th or Friday June 5th?
