Selling my 2017 Keystone Passport 239ML. Upgrading to a bigger model that better suits our family of 5. Camper is getting up a little in age and it's definitely starting to show it. It has had water damage in the bathroom area and a DIY patch was made and then later reinforced with some plywood on top of the existing flooring in the bathroom. Patchwork is not exactly pretty but it works and you're not falling through the floor.

All the appliances work and AC and furnace are good. Trailer brakes are good and the Goodyear tires are in good shape, however, the power tongue is not working so you have to use the manual option. Trailer will come with weight distribution hitch.

I'd recommend it for someone wanting a simple low cost setup to take to state parks or sit at the deer lease. It's been deep cleaned recently inside and is ready to camp.

Was the water damage from water supply lines in the bathroom, or seals wearing out on the outside and rain getting in?

Water supply. Flapper valve on the side had a slow leak that went unnoticed after one of the freezes in '21.
