Grandmother passed and clearing the sheds from her property before we sell the house. The outside measurements are 8'2"x10'2" with a 4'x6' door, wood framed and composite shell with shingle roof. The buyer is responsible for loading and transport.

She had multiple sheds, this post is just pertaining to one shed so $1,200 for the 1 shed.
