Starlink newb here. Looking at something for the ranch. But with this you just need to plug both dish and router into power and the dish connects to the router which has wifi built into it?

Once set up do you just setup a plan with Starlink directly ? All current plans work with this model?

Assume you're located in Hou based on area code?

We have at our lease and it works this way:

Mount antenna or with the mount provided you could just place outside
Run the cable from antenna to router
Run power to router
Plug in and setup via app (which usually includes positioning the antenna in an optimal orientation)

It's been a game changer for us and highly recommend for remote internet or just as a backup.

And just pick a plan using some type of imei type number in dish on app ?

I believe so. I think there is a QR code you scan in app but not positive.

You can go to the Starlink website to look at the different plans available. Yes it is as simple as plugging it into power. I will transfer the account over to the new buyer. It is still active so it can be verified to be working before you buy it. I'm in the Tomball area.
