The $142 price you reference is "uncirculated." You are claiming the 1890S you posted a pic of, as Uncirculated?!
Maybe AU, but the tarnish I can see in the pic would lead to be scrutinize the actual coin.
What I can add: I've been collecting for 51 years and have owned Morgan's every one of those years….but I am not a Morgan specialist.
Tarnish (patina) on a coin is generally going to enhance its value, not its grade. What you generally look at to determine whether a Morgan is uncirculated are the strands of hair above the face on the obverse and the feathers on the breast on the reverse. Once you have determined it is uncirculated, it's grade then will be between mint state 60 and mint state 67. That is determined by the quality of the strike (once again feathers and hair strands) and the amount of marks on the coin caused by friction that occurred within the mint sewn bag of 1,000 coins that were originally distributed to the bank.
